From the swimming pool, you can also walk straight to the sea, allowing you to experience the ultimate Bonairean lifestyle.

Moreover, they are the yardstick against which we tested choices to allow Natura to grow into a unique concept. Facilities

Through the barrier on the street, you drive into the parking lot where each apartment has its own covered parking space with a storage room where you can store your bike, surfboard, or diving equipment. Upon entering you enter the reception which is centrally located with tropical waterfalls and where during working hours someone will be present to answer all your questions. If you walk further you will enter the tropical courtyard with a luxurious pool. The pool is equipped with islands, greenery, and luxurious pool booths with private entrances into the pool. Per apartment, you get your private pool booth, with a custom-made bamboo bed with thick mattresses, perfect for sunbathing. The complex will be shielded by several commercial areas. In two of these areas will be restaurants with one serving the pool which generates the ultimate vacation feeling. Through the two elevators located north and south of the building, you enter the desired floor with your front door.

Natura Residences consists of 30 apartments divided into 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. The apartments are equipped with a spacious kitchen with a cooking island, built-in coffee corner, and wine cooler and will be luxuriously and fully furnished. The living and bedrooms have beautifully integrated closets and the entire interior design is custom-made. All apartments come with ample outdoor space. A luxurious terrace, spacious and covered balcony, or a mega roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

Rental and Management

Natura Residences is intended for both permanent residence and rental. You are completely free to decide whether you want to rent out the apartment permanently, rent it out for a few months or live in it yourself. Depending on the number of buyers who desire to rent out their apartment short-term, an external organization will be hired to arrange the rentals or an in-house organization. The rental organization will take care of the reception, welcoming guests, maintenance, and a concierge service. Natura Residences is located in the area of Bonaire with the highest occupancy rate of approximately 70% per year. All this together makes Natura Residences a very interesting investment with an excellent return.
