Process

NLC Real Estate has guided this project from A to Z. From advising on the purchase of the land, making an indicative design of the buildings to arranging the necessary permits. The full concept was to purchase, build and eventually rent out all the units. Today many of the spaces are rented out or have recently been made ready to put up for sale.  Together with the investor, their vision has become a reality and the project is a success.
